At Loop Vintage, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Include your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the item you prefer.
